フランスをはじめ、ヨーロッパ各地で起きている暴動。
インターネット上でのサイバー攻撃や誹謗中傷。
アナログとデジタルの違いこそあれ、
顔を隠しての「暴力」と「略奪」という意味では、
どこか 共通しているように思えてしまう。
それに、各地の戦争も 終わりが見えない。
・・・何なのだろう。
どうして、そうなるのだろう。
平和を望む人は、たくさんいるはずなのに。
なぜ、平和で穏やかな世ができないのですか？
ここ、ルルドの町で、
静かに・・・問いかけてみた。

Cyberattacks and online harassment.
Different in form — analog and digital —
yet, when it comes to acts of “violence” and “plunder” carried out behind a mask of anonymity,
they somehow seem to share something in common.
And the wars raging in different parts of the world
seem to have no end in sight.
What is it all about…
Why does it happen?
So many people must wish for peace.
So why can’t we create a world that is peaceful and gentle?
Here in Lourdes,
I quietly found myself asking these questions.
